Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan Girls Niti Taylor, Krissann Barretto and Veebha Anand talk about their Pets

The Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan Girls Niti Taylor, Krissann Barretto and Veebha Anand are thick as thieves. They have so much of fun when they are together. Despite of their differences as individuals, they have many common interests. One such thing that binds them together is their love for their pets. All of them are extremely attached to their pet dogs. When I asked about their love and attachment towards their four legged friends, these pretty actresses shared enthusiastically about their pets.

Niti Taylor with Smurfy
Niti Taylor: "Smurfy Taylor plays a very important role in my life. He is my small child... small and cute! I get him on the sets mostly everyday! He is teething now... so whatever comes in front of him be it a bottle or a duppatta... he starts biting it. He keeps running around here and there. He is everyone's favorite and super active. The best part is that he follows me everywhere. He knows who I am so whenever I come he gets excited. That's the best feeling in the world! His bowl... his food... his bones... his toys... his wipes... are carried everyday everywhere. Now I am training him to sit, stand and roll. He is too small and will take some time. At night he does not trouble me at all! He sleeps with me on my bed... and he snuggles inside the blanket. He is my first dog and he's my baby! He is pampered to the core! I love him! It is a blessing that I have him in my life.He gives me a lot of Happiness!"

Krissann Barretto with Haika and Misa
Krissann Barretto: "I have two pets... Haika and Misa. Haika is an Alsatian and Misa is a Cockaspaniel. My pets are my babies! I love them more than anything! That feeling when you just enter home and they come running to welcome you and give you love like they haven't seen you in years... It is the best feeling in the world! Also I always say... Women who say Diamond's are a Woman's best friend clearly never owned a dog!"

Veebha Anand with Ciro
Veebha Anand: "I never believed in the idea of having pets. But today when I have one... I know how your life changes and revolve around that little cute child... my baby... my pet... my Ciro! Since the time he is in my life, my life has changed completely! He has become my priority. I feel like a Mother... Feeding him... running after him all the time... taking care of him... For me having a pet is not just to have them and give them food. Pets are like babies! They are a full time responsibility and should be taken care of! I am glad I am able to give him everything possible he needs. He is today the most important part of my life. I am so happy to have him. I feel blessed!"

I agree with them! Pets can often fill the void in your life. They are the best friends one can get! They are selfless and makes you feel loved. They can make you happy, active and responsible in life. The mere sight of them is enough to forget all stress!

Parth Samthaan Exclusive Interview

Parth Samthaan has won hearts with his portrayal of the character Manik Malhotra in MTV Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan. I am pleased to bring you an Exclusive Interview of this heartthrob of small screen.
Q: What made you choose modeling and acting as a Career option?
A: Modelling... I was not that keen on doing it. But to start up with I thought of getting into it. And once I got into it I realized that acting is something I would like to do and slowly I learned acting. I did a course also and joined theater. Along with that I did a couple of short films. From there I realized that I am not bad at it and can be good if I work towards it. Also, it was slowly and steadily becoming my passion. My interests were developing towards that field itself. So yes! I got into that!
Q: If you were not an Actor, what would you be?
A: I would be an Architect because I am pursuing Architecture. I am into my final year and not able to figure out time for that. So hopefully soon I get time for that. So yes...I would have been an Architect!
Q: What do you like most about your Profession and what do you like least?
A: What I like most is the passion. You get to play different characters and different roles through out your life and through out your profession. And that is the best part! You can be a Doctor... You want to be a College boy... You want to be a villain... You want to be a hero... you can be whatever character you want to play...That's the best part of my profession. And what I like least ... I don't think there is anything I don't like. I just love everything. So yes! It's a good package to be in.
Q: How do you feel about being referred to as the Emraan Hashmi of small screen?
A:  I wouldn't say that I didn't know about it. But yes! To be honest I heard about all that. And you know it's not something I am actually happy or delighted about. It's just that I am doing my part. I am doing my work. And comparisons will always happen where ever you go and whatever you do. Even if I come into films, there will be comparisons. So you can take it in a good way and take it as a compliment and move on... that's it!
Q: How different are you in real from your screen character Manik?
A: I would rather say attitude. Besides attitude everything is different. Attitude is the same. In fact, when I talk to people in normal life also they feel that Manik is talking off screen. So attitude wise tone wise it's me but behavior wise and thoughts wise Manik is totally different from what I am.
Q: One of the Warrior High characters is named after you. What do you have to say about it?
A: That's not only me. I would like to say. I would like to remind you that a lot of people from our show have been named. We take it as a plus point for us. Yes, that's about it. We are happy about it. Good to know!
Q: Many Television Stars are migrating to Bollywood. Would we get to see you on the big screen too?
A: Yes, definitely! Most probably this will be my last Show on Television. Henceforth I will be taking a break and I will be getting into films. So yes, I will work on myself and I am waiting for the right project. It is not that I haven't got offers. I have got offers, but I am waiting for the ideal project to work on. I feel it's not about the first film. It is about the second film. It is easy to get your first film but it is difficult to get your second film. So you need to work and make sure that your first film works.
Q: Do you feel that fans interfere in your personal life too much? Anything you want to say about it?
A: Yes, I feel that they have been interfering these days a lot. A lot of people are very much interested in what's going on behind the scenes... who I am meeting... or who I am chilling with. And in a way they also criticize or comment not in a positive way... but in a negative way. You know somewhere down the line they feel possessive or they feel bad about who I am hanging out with and rather criticize. And that's not good and that's something I don't appreciate. This is something I have been wanting to tell all the fans and all the people around there. Please... it's my personal life... let's keep it personal. I am sure you also have your personal life and you wouldn't want people to criticize your friends, family or your loved ones. So please... don't get into that!
Q: On what do you spend the most: clothes, accessories, perfumes or anything else?
A:  I spend the most on traveling. I would like to spend maximum on traveling...on experiences... on journeys... on making memories rather than making assets for myself.... rather than buying materialistic things. So yes! Traveling and making memories is something I would like to spend on. Besides that, accessories... I am not an accessories friendly person but clothes yes... sometimes I do buy. Yeah!
Q: What do you like to do when you are not working?
A: As I said earlier, Traveling is something I like. So yes, if I am not working I would rather go out... mostly out of station... I would like to go somewhere and chill... roam around... meet new people ... go down the empty street... go down a new street where you don't know where you are going and meeting random people and see beautiful places. Yeah, that's something I would like to do. If at all, I just get one day free... I would rather sleep (laughs) because I need some rest too!
Q: What is one thing you would like to change about yourself?
A: I sometimes happen to have a sort of a short temper. And somehow I would like to control my anger. So yes, that's something I would like to work on.
Q: Can you talk about a fan encounter that completely took you by surprise?
A: As far as I can remember, I can just say that whoever has come mostly... not just one... mostly people are excited to see the character of the show. So as in they get so lively seeing us and their reactions are totally out of this world. I mean you can see the craziness and obsession they have with the show which is good for us... which is great for us. So yeah, we are pretty much happy knowing all this. We have encountered a lot of funny incidents and I can't remember just one. But yes, there are many incidents that have happened.
Q: Do you have a message for your fans?
A: Yes, I do! Thank you for watching the show through out. It's been almost a year and you guys have been tolerating us since a year (laughs). Jokes apart, Yes... Thank you for supporting us and thank you for liking all the characters on the Show and the story.  Thanks for cheering us, supporting us and backing us. In fact, to be honest, you Guys are the ones for whom we work for. And you Guys motivate us and inspire us in such a way that we keep working more harder. It is not that we have reached some level to the success and are happy now and want to be lazying around. We want to work more harder, so that we can please you and make sure that we entertain you to such an extent that you Guys keep liking us all the time. So thank you for the support and thank you for watching the Show. Thank you!

Charlie Chauhan Exclusive Interview

Charlie Chauhan plays the role of Mukti Vardhan in MTV Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan. The character of Mukti has several shades and the viewers have loved, hated and sympathized with her. I am pleased to bring you an exclusive Interview of this gorgeous actress who was previously seen on MTV Roadies 7, Best friends Forever, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and many episodic shows.
Q: What is your family background and what made you choose acting as a Career?
A: Well, I am from Shimla. My Dad is a forest ranger. My Mom... she was in the Health department. I have one younger brother and elder sister. They are in Bangalore and my Dad is in Shimla. Yes...What made me choose acting as a Career? Hmm... When I was in eleventh standard Kangana got a break. She is from Himachal. There I saw her fan following... guys and girls... they went mad that a girl from Himachal is coming in movies. That was the time I randomly decided that I want fame and a fan following like that. So I think Kangana is one reason why I chose this line.
Q: How do you feel about being part of a number one Youth Show?
A: It feels great! Because in the start we did not know much because it was the first show on MTV. We were little confused whether it will go well or not. But touchwood luckily the response of the show we are getting till now is good and we all are really very happy. I am glad I am part of the show. I want to thank Vikas Gupta Sir because he was the one who approached us and told the story line. I also want to thank MTV and Richa. Yes... It feels good to be a part of a number one show.
Q: Ela or Mukti ~ who is your favorite character and why?
A: I think Mukti... First of all, BFF lasted only for 6 months. It was a six month series. So my character Ela was not explored much. Ela...I don't think I got to play that much as I got in Mukti... first she was like full on flirt... bindass girl... then the emotional side was shown... then mean side... then softer side was shown. I got the opportunity to do a lot of things in one character. So Mukti... I like Mukti better!
Q: What’s your favorite scene on Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan?
A:  My favorite scene?  I think the one which recently happened ItsNotUsItsYou... the scene where we four girls hit the guys at the Bar. That's my favorite scene because we four hit the Guys so much and we all enjoyed it too. So Yeah, that's the scene!
Q: If not an Actor, what would you have been?
A: If not an Actor... nothing... trust me! Because I did not think of a second option at all! If not this then what... I have not thought of anything at all! Actor... Actor... Actor... that's it!
Q: What do you think is the most admirable thing about you?
A: Mostly, I get compliment for my lips and for my nose because it's too sharp... but I think my waist.
Q: What is one thing you would like to change about you?
A: One thing I would like to change about myself is my anger. I get angry rarely but when I am angry... trust me it's so very bad...my anger goes to the next level. So yes... if I can calm down my anger that would be nice.
Q: What do you like to do when you are not working?
A:  I like to sit back at home and play with Troy and chotti... I mean my pets... Yeah, that's what I do and that's what I like to do when I am not working.
Q: One of the characters of Warrior High is named after you. What do you have to same about it?
A: I think it is cool because in Warrior High there are names of our Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan Cast. That is really very sweet of Vikas Sir that he gave the characters our names. Yeah, it feels nice!
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: Trust me... I don't do anything to stay fit. I mean, I eat a lot... I eat anything and everything. It's just that I don't put on weight. I don't know why... I don't put on weight.
Q: What are you afraid of?
A: I think I have a phobia for crowded places. I usually don't go for parties or any place where there is too much crowd... I don't go to such places because I have phobia... I don't know... when I get out of my house or go to any place that is crowded... I go blank. So yes... this is one thing I am afraid of.
Q: What makes you happy?
A: Work makes me happy! Whenever I am working... I am shooting... I am happy!
Q: What do you like to watch on TV?
A: I watch only my show on TV because we all reach home late after shoot. So I only watch my Show... that's it!
Q: Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan recently promoted a Campaign against Sexual Harassment and Eve teasing based on the ordeal gone through by your character Mukti. What is your message to the society about this issue?
A: I think it is a very sensitive issue and I am glad that this issue was raised in our show. And I am even more happy that the message was given through my character. Whatever issues that was shown in the Show was real. This actually happens! If girls go outside wearing small clothes they point out at your clothes saying what you have worn... Even if anyone teases, you are blamed because you have worn small clothes... It is wrong! Rather than asking us to change our clothes, people should change their mentality and way of thinking. I would like to give the society just one message...Teach your Brothers... sons... friends...Stop judging girls on their clothes... Respect them... It does not matter what the girl has worn. Don't judge them based on their clothes... Yeah, that's it!
Q: On what do you spend the most: clothes, accessories, perfumes or anything else?
A: Perfumes! I spend almost my half cheque on it. I don't do much of other Shopping... but Perfumes... yes!
Q: What is your equation with your co-actors in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan? Say something about all of them...
A: My equation with everyone on the sets is very good. To start with Veebha... Veebha is like my sister. We are very much similar in a lot of things... We share our birth dates... may be because of that our activities... our way of thinking... it's the same. So she is like my sister! I love her! And Krissann... She is opposite to me... like we are opposite personalities... but we get along. It's fun to be with her because her thinking is very different. if I say something... she will say something else! So it is fun to be with her. She is crazy! And Niti... she is like a small kid. She is like a younger sister to me. I like to take care of her because she is like a small kid. You need to pamper her like a little kid if she is sad. Ayaz... Ayaz and me are the pranksters in the set. We keep playing pranks on others. If we get some idea we just look at each other and then starts playing pranks. And Utkarsh... He is crazy! 24x7 he is energetic! He is very positive. He has positive vibes in him. So with Utkarsh whether you shoot with him day or night or how hectic the shoot is he comes with so much energy and positivity... It is fun to be around him! And yes...He is my Brother too... my Rakhi Brother... He is a sweet heart and I love him. And then it's Parth... Parth I know him since two years. I know him from long. I think he is the one whom I have known for long. We are very good friends. In BFF we worked together. But I think in BFF we were not very good friends... not close friends... but now we share a very good friendship... a very good bonding. He is a sweetheart. If I am emotional or want to share things ... I can go to him and sit with him. So yeah, it is nice to be around such positive people. In fact, this is the first show where I liked the cast so much. We all get along very well. I mean... all are crazy in their own way.
Q: What is your Philosophy of life?
A: My Philosophy of life is Spread Love, Keep Smiling! Don't keep hard feelings. Don't hate anyone. Forgive people... learn to forgive...I think that is the biggest happiness. This is what I do. If I am angry at someone, I forgive them. I never keep hard feelings. Trust me! There is not even a single person on this Planet whom I hate... someone I don't want to see or someone I hate...there is no one!  And I am not telling this just like that... I really mean it! I just cannot keep hard feelings for anyone... I can't hate people. Yeah... so it is a simple Philosophy... Spread Love... Keep Smiling!
Q: Do you have a message for your fans?
A: Yes... A message for fans... Thanks! Thanks a lot for loving us... for loving our Show... for loving Mukti... for loving me... Your edits, your VM's , your messages... we see it all... but are unable to respond because of our hectic schedules and network issues. And also replying to all is not possible. But trust me... we see all messages, tweets, edits etc. So thank you so much! Thank you for loving us! Keep loving our Show... keep watching KY2... and keep loving me as Mukti... Keep loving Charlie Chauhan... Keep loving the other cast... Yes, We all love you too... Thank you so much!

Jasmine Avasia Exclusive Interview

Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan fans may have hated the character of Soha, but it can't be denied that Jasmine Avasia was brilliant in portraying the role of the Psycho Soha Khurana. I am pleased to bring you an Exclusive Interview of this very talented Actress.
Q: Tell me something about you!
A: My siblings and me are raised by a single parent, my mother. Mom and Dad separated when we were kids. Since my Mom was a Maharashtrain married to a Zoroastrian and wanted us to know about the parsi culture , My younger sister and me were sent to a Parsi Boarding School in Bandra (The Bai Ava Bai Framji Petit Girls High School).  I spent 12 years of my childhood there and I feel blessed to have grown up there. Besides religious studies I also learnt a lot of things like how to be independent, fight for ones rights, lead the path of righteousness, sharing and caring and the most important of all never crib and adjust your self in whatever situation.  I apply these rules in my day to day life and that's exactly what has kept me going further till now. Even as a kid I could never see injustice done to anybody. For me if something was wrong then it just was and that had to be stopped. I was a child who would question a lot. Also I am very stubborn, adamant and short tempered. I can't stand lies and hypocrisy. I really can't stand nagging, I live life on my own terms and I get really mad at people who try to hamper my happiness. I'm a possessive daughter and a girlfriend. As a kid, I could never stand my mom loving another kid, even loving my younger sister in front of my eyes, I wanted all the attention. Even today if my boyfriend happens to compliment or praise another girl in front of me, I'll keep that grudge in me lifelong!  hahaha... Maybe that's why I have never been successful in any of my relationships so far. Being a Leo, I'm way to dominant and I don't think that's a good thing to be!
Q:  How was your experience working on Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan?
A: If I have to talk about "Soha" then let me tell you that was the best and the most interesting character I got to play. I hadn't even auditioned for the role. To tell you the truth, I had rejected the role earlier.  Actually I was tied up with Dream Girl that comes on life ok. The schedule for dream girl got delayed by a few months and hence I ended up as Soha in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan. So I called back BBC and asked them if I can still be a part of KY2. The casting guy told me that since I rejected the role of Soha, they've shortlisted some girls but none of them were chosen to for Soha. So I packed my bags and left for the shoot location. I was the 1st one to reach there amongst all the other  shortlisted girls. I had to wait for another 4 hours there and that literally killed my patience. I was about to walk out and the crew asked me to wait for another 10 minutes. After 5 minutes she came to me and told that I'm on board.  Trust me... I had no clue that Soha will be turning into a complete manic at one point nor did I have any knowledge about the popularity of this show.  But over all, working with KYY was the best journey. Everyday used to be fun with all my co-actors. They are awesome guys to work with and I still miss being a part of Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan.
Q: You portrayed one of the most hated characters in KY2. How did you feel about it?
A: My entry in the show was  flirting with Manik and from there on  I was bombarded with so many hate comments.   Believe me... I didn't have the slightest idea that this show was taken personally by so many young hearts. Manik and Nandini were like gods for them and any body coming in between the couple was bombarded by a lot of hate comments! Hahahaha.. I just did my job as an actor and the audience hated me for even touching Manik's cheek! But like always I took that in my stride and didn't let that bother me. In fact it's a big thing if a negative character is hated. Negative characters aren't meant to be loved of course!  So that's where I had won.  The bad comments were my only award.  There were times when fans came to meet KYY actors and I used to feel like if I step outside the vanity I'd be shot dead... hahahaha!
Q:What is one quality you like best about you?
A: One quality that I love in me is being fearless and being completely independent. If you were to ask my mom about me you'd only get one reply from her and that is " she's my son".  I am somebody who loves to live life to the fullest even if that's being alone. I daily ride my scooty to marine drive in the nights and sit here for hours together listening to music and feel the breeze. I can never get bored of my own company. There's something or the other constantly running on my mind. I feel I have wasted a day of my life when I can't make it to Marine drive. There have been times when I have packed my bags and left alone for Goa and Gokarna, spent days there traveling all by myself and returning back home all safe and sound. Some people think me to be mad and sometimes end up telling me "stop being so Soha"  hahaha! But that's a feeling only I know when I'm all happy and by myself. So my Freedom is something that I want and don't want others to be an obstacle in it.
Q:What is one thing you would like to change about yourself?
A: One thing that I'd like to change about myself is become a little punctual. I'm always late for shoots. We Parsis are known for our punctuality and I'm totally opposite.
Q: Do you believe in love at first sight?
A: Yes, of course I do believe in love at first sight. My mother fell in love with me when I took birth.  Well, jokes apart, as we all know mothers love their kids no matter what. But somewhere I'm a little skeptic when it come to love at first sight. According to me love is a deep big word. What you have at first sight is pure attraction and not love. Both these terms "love" and "attraction" have been misunderstood by many of us. There is a thin line between the two. Love is about caring, understanding, getting to know the person better and adjusting if you are poles apart. I don't think these things matter when you first see a person. Sometimes we like a person by his appearance or his dressing sense. But once the person opens his mouth, he's a big flop! Or rather sometimes we fall for the voice of an RJ but later we find out he's an old man in his 40's. Hahahaha!  Well, I don't know about others, but I believe in pure practicality. Hence for me it can be "attraction at  first sight" but not "love at first sight"
Q: If you were not an Actress or Model, what would you have been?
A: If not an actor, then I would definitely have been a Crime Beat Journalist. That's what I wanted to become being a BMM Graduate and a Journalism student. But Mom knew that I could do better as she saw the actor part in me when I was a kid. Though I was this shy and introvert kid but somewhere mom knew I could do better as an actor. So once I was questioned by Mom as to why I wanted to become a crime beat journalist rather what will I do becoming one.  I replied saying, "I want to interview Kasab".  Mom further asked "What if Kasab is dead by the time you become one?" And I replied saying, "I'll go and interview other criminals and get to the core of it as to how and why did they get into committing crime?" Later Mom put her foot down and asked me, "How about you becoming something big and people coming and interviewing you?" And that's where she shut me up and gave me a reason to think and let me choose my career wisely. And it is just then I was offered Splitsvilla Season 5 and I went ahead with it. And that took a U turn in my life and people loved me on the show.
Q: What do you do to stay in shape?
A: Well... trust me on this... I do absolutely nothing to remain in shape. My family is just blessed with it. My mom used to be just like me till last 5 yrs. Even my siblings for that matter are good in shape. I have never been to a Gym. Earlier I used to do physical activities like yoga, karate, dancing and swimming. But it's been years since I have stopped all the activities but I'm still just the way I always was!
Q: Arranged Marriage or Love Marriage... which one would you prefer?
A: Well,  I'd prefer NO marriage at all! I mean dude too many complications yaa! If you go to see both arranged marriages and love marriages have equal number of complications and good things too. I know of a few people who are happy with their love marriage and a few others happily settled with arrange marriages.. Then another few who aren't happy being arrange married or love married! So it all depends from person to person.. I think it's high time we stop blaming the two types of marriages and blame ourselves for not being successful in our relationship. What would one blame when partners happen to cheat on each other? When one parent has to give up profession to take care of children at home and keep a grudge against the partner for life long? What is to be blamed when partners refuse to trust and understand each other? What happens when insecurities, possessiveness and jealousy seeps in? Are they just gonna sit and blame their parents for hooking them up in an arranged marriage and think life would have been better had it been a love marriage or rather blame themselves for getting married to the love of their life and later think what their parents said about arrange marriage was right? In the end it's nothing but just a blame game! Blaming your parents or blaming yourself! I think whatever type of marriage it is, one should and must adjust and understand the others point of view and be responsible for their own actions. We all are different individuals with different personalities. So I just feel, next time the debate should be on "successful marriages" or "unsuccessful marriages" instead of "arranged marriages" or "love marriages". You will see how many of our hypocrite Indians vouch on "successful marriages" but those same people wouldn't know how to make their own marriages a successful one, lol!
Q:  Eve Teasing and Woman’s Harassment is one of the leading issues in this society.  What's your opinion about it?
A: Well, Let us all agree and accept the fact that the place we live in is a male dominating society! I mean forget eve teasing, raping, molestations, woman's harassment etc etc! Before I talk on these points let me draw your attention to VJ Shenaz Treasurywala's open letter to these big personalities of our country. No matter how hard she tried to raise her voice against such activities also putting her personal life experiences, she was bombarded with a huge number of hate comments! I don't understand how and where did she go wrong. There were hate comments saying "she's doing it for publicity" "she's a slu*" "stop talking like a saint, we all have seen your intimate scene in Delhi-belly"... what was shocking to me was that not only men but also women were against her!  I don't understand why  she was being blamed and for what. For being an actor and doing intimate scenes... or for the open letter she put up in public which did of course hurt a lot of male egos? Let's all agree to the fact that we all are surrounded by hypocrites. Either a woman is physically getting raped or getting raped by these hate comments from people. A woman has to change her surname after she's married as practiced and said by our forefathers. Some religions also get the woman's name changed as she has entered into a new life!  May I ask why? How many men have changed their surnames or their names after getting married? Haven't they as well entered into a new life altogether after getting married? All her life a woman has been known and identified by the name she carries... the name given to her by her parents who gave her birth. I ask who has the audacity to give her a completely new name and change her identity?  I think the problem had started here which slowly gave the rights to these men of our country to commit crimes like rape and sexual harassment as they all started believing that women are a weaker gender. Do anything to them and all they will do is keep quiet because they wouldn't want to be questioned on their character! Another thing I don't understand is, why are we woman in a constant debate with men as to who is more strong? There shouldn't be a competition in the first place because we are far superior than men and they all know it! Hence when Shenaz or any other woman has raised her voice in public, they see to it that they bombard her with vulgar comments to shut her up! And all these so called woman join hands in hand with these men to make it worse for the victim!! They would only understand had they been in any of the victims shoes! Even when it comes to gaalis .. We talk about gender equality so we have abusive words for both men and women like "Bhad**" - "Ran**" , "Chutya"- "Chut" but why are these abusive words exceeded by 2 other extra gaalis only for women?? Like "Madarc***" and "bhenc***" why don't we say "Baapc***" and "Bhaic***" ????? I'm NOT sorry to say this, we don't live in a democratic country, we live in a hypo-critic country! Also I'm not biased and I'm not anti-men.There have been women who hold even innocent guys responsible for no fault of theirs! Woman who have used and taken advantage of their rights of being a woman. Maybe some do it on purpose to take advantage of the other man or some do it because they believe in the policy of "all men are dogs". I have a brother and I wouldn't want him to be slapped in a public crowded place if his hand happens to touch another lady by mistake. Also if tomorrow my brother happens to commit a mistake we all will take strict action against him and see to it that he is punished! We woman know the difference between a good touch and a bad touch and not every man out there is a vulgar guy and we need to understand that first. I have only one message to every victim. DO NOT believe in ignoring when strangers pass nasty vulgar comments, rather walk straight up to them and shut them up! To every victim who has been raped or molested, be it both men or woman, have the courage and the strength to answer all the vulgar questions asked by our police men! Do not show your weaker side to them... do not be afraid and do not fall week at any cost because the more you fall week it only gives them a chance to pounce on you and take advantage of you. There have been so many cases where the policemen refuse to file a case or even write a report and then they blame the victim that she did not provide us with proper evidence. I just want all those affected women to know and realise that they aren't alone in this fight. Raise a voice now a stop such crime before that happens with one of your family member!
Q: What kind of roles do you want to do? Do you have a dream role? Are you open to intimate scenes and exposing?
A: Well, my dream is to work with Boman Irani in a Hindi-parsi series or a movie if there has to be any. Being a complete mad bawa by blood I think I would be able to pull off any role of a bawa offered to me.  I love the way we speak and our sense of humor. I think if we lose that sense of humor then we lose everything.. It is just in us since birth. I don't think any non Parsi can enact out a role of a bawa but only a bawa can pull it off. It's easy to play the role of a funny drunk Maharashtrian man or that of a filthy rich businessman or a psychopath but being a mad bawa is just a unique thing I feel.  Well, I'm really not interested in doing intimate scenes but I have no problem with people doing it onscreen. I truly appreciate them for being strong, confident and gutsy enough for acting out intimate scenes. It's not in every body to do so. Not in me at least!
Q: I have to compliment you saying that your expressions were marvelous in the last episodes after it was revealed that Soha is a Psycho. Will we see you back on KY2?
A: Thank you so much! My experience working with Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan was the best experience so far. I really wish to go back and work with them again. But as of now that's not happening.

They show their love and appreciation regarding my work through direct messages... such love from them can't be ignored. So I really can't ignore my fans. I do reply back to them.
Q: Do you have a message for your fans?
A: Message for my fans would be, I love them all for supporting me and loving me as Soha and for other character roles that I have played. I would always appreciate all the love  and concern they've showered upon me. Continue to do the same and I would never put them down.

Ayaz Ahmed Exclusive Interview

There would not be even a single Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan fan who does not like the character Cabir portrayed by Ayaz Ahmed. I am pleased to bring you an Exclusive Interview of this very talented and charming Actor who was previously seen on MTV Roadies 5, Do Dil Ek Jaan, Kitani Mohabbat Hai, Tujh sang preet lagayi sajna, Ishaan, Meri Toh Lag Gayi... Naukri, I Luv My India, Pyar Tune Kya Kiya, MTV Webbed 2, Warrior High, MTV Splitsvilla 7 and Fanaah.
Q: You have studied Law. What made you choose modeling and acting as a Career option?
A: We all have heard "do what you love" or “make your hobbies as source of living for happy life". I was always inclined towards dance and acting since I was in a school. I was a part of the dance team and also represented my school in drama festivals. I was just lucky enough to have an opportunity to convert my recreation activities into a living.
Q: How do you feel about being part of a number one Youth Show?
A: I feel grateful to be a part of good show and a good team to work with. Numbers do matter but that's not we work for or rather look for while picking up characters or projects. We can't predict success. The idea is to enjoy the process while working for it.
Q: How similar or different are you compared to your screen character Cabir?
A: Characters I have played so far have never ever been the same or had any resemblance from my own life.  I take references from real life characters for my own characters and improvise to create a unique one. Right from the diction to body language, I design my performance.
Q: You sort of became a Gay Icon after the sexual preferences of your character was revealed in KY2.  Have you ever been approached by men?
A: I have had my moments where I have been praised by members of LGBT community for my portrayal of the character Cabir. But none have approached me in an unacceptable way.  People are smart and literate enough to understand I'm an actor and I just do my job.
Q: Will you be comfortable locking lips with a Man onscreen? Did you really lock lips with Rushad Rana or was that a camera trick?
A:
My stint on Kaisi yeh Yaarian with Rushad Rana was much appreciated. We showed a kissing scene which was a camera trick to make it look real and authentic. The idea behind it was to bring more conviction to story as it demanded. Then the audience could feel the character and builds empathy or sympathy for the respective characters. It is very important as you can't fool the viewers.  The scene also demanded a real lip lock instead of the camera trick or a cheat.  But we resolved with the cheat as a real lip lock of the same sexes is prohibited and can't be shown on a National TV.  So it was waste to do it in real if you can't use it.
Q: Are you disappointed that you have no kissing scenes with co-actors in KY2?
A: I find this question very funny.  No disappointment!
Q: When angry, do you fly into a rage? Or do you simmer in silence until the time’s ripe for vengeance?
A: I am not a person who seeks vengeance. I am energy driven person.  I put all my energy on myself and my work.  So if I am angry, I calm myself down and try to be assertive. Anger and vengeance are wasting your energy on something unproductive.
Q: Do you worry about whether people like you for the real you, or because you are a   Public figure?
A: Nobody will ever know what is going on others mind so I don't know the motive neither tries to find out.  I enjoy the attention if people like me.
Q: Many Television Stars are migrating to Bollywood. Would we get to see you on the big screen too?
A: For me challenging and experimental character is the priority… whatever be the medium… be it Television, Stage Plays or Big Screen.
Q: What do you like to do when you are not working?
A: I paint, cook or write.
Q: Do you believe in love at first sight?
A: Yes I do believe.
Q: On what do you spend the most: clothes, accessories, perfumes or anything else?
A: All I know I spend a lot...and I don't keep a track of it.
Q: What is your Philosophy of life?
A: I smile for a living

A: Nobody informed me in the beginning that's it's a negative character. I was told that the character is positive and young.  Also, the makers wanted to do a love triangle between me, Nandini and Manik. But I guess it didn't work out so they made me negative!

A: Not even thinking about it now!
Q: What do you like to watch on TV?
A: I like to watch all types of Movies.
Q: Can you talk about a fan encounter that completely took you by surprise?
A: Some time back I went to Vaishno Devi and a fan came to me and she was like can I hug you I can't believe that you are here. She was actually shivering and couldn't believe that I'm there for the darshan.
Q: How active are you on social networking sites? Do you interact with fans and respond to their messages?
A: I'm very active on social networking sites because  I want my fans to be updated about everything I do. I usually get into Chat rooms with my fans to answer every possible query they have.
Q: Do you have a message for KY2 fans?
A: Yes, I want to thank all my fans for the love that they have shown from this particular show.
