About MTV Kaisi Yeh Yaarian

Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan is an Indian television series that premiered on 21 July 2014 about college friendships and love on MTV India. This youth based show based on the super hit Korean drama ‘Boys over Flowers’ and is produced by BBC Worldwide Productions. The show, earlier named as Friendship Baazi, will project the story about friendship as can be made out from the title itself. The story revolves around the youngsters who study in the college known as Space Academy.

About Me: I am Anamika S Jain, a Social Media Consultant specializing on Online Reputation Management. I am not a fan of TV Serials and watch only 1-2 shows. I came to know about the Indian adaptation of Boys over Flowers and could not stop myself from watching it. Since I am watching the show, I thought that I am as well provide written updates as it will also help me get into the daily habit of writing. I had done Pyaar ki yeh ek Kahaani Written Updates as the series was an adaptation of Twilight Saga (another favorite of mine) and was appreciated for that too. Many people wrote to me to provide written updates of Serials, but I did not find any Serial worth my attention. But an adaptation of Boys over flowers is a different story altogether.  I have watched Boys over Flowers more than a dozen times and don't think Kaisi Yeh Yaariyaan can match up to it. However, I know that even if this series turns to atleast10% as good as Boys over Flowers, it would be worth watching. As someone who is still obsessed with Boys Over Flowers, I can also point out similarities/differences between the original and adaptation. So stay tuned and read my episode story updates.
